A team of 100+ Supply Chain professionals is accountable for Supply Chain Management for the entire product portfolio containing over 80,000 active products, generating over 4 b$ of revenue via multi-channel sales concepts (B2C, B2B) and multiple inventory strategies.

As part of a new Program this organization is implementing a Policy and Governance structure for our consignment inventory. Under the responsibility and accountability of their (Country) Business leaders, Supply Chain is driving this program.

In this role you will play a central role coordinating the discussion with Country Business leaders to optimally balance of our consignment inventory and support initiatives that will manage and optimize our inventory levels in the field.

Within our team you are the driving force to consolidate input, conduct field inventory report outs, facilitate monthly discussions on country performance and actions, as well act as the trusted support in the quarterly inventory forecast process and yearly inventory AOP (Annual Operations Plan) process.


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain management
>8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in an international environment
Computer literacy: MS-Office, very strong in MS Excel and strong with ERP software (preferred SAP ERP)

Strong communicator on all levels
Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality
Stress resistant, calm personality and self-confident
Coaching skills
Excellent command of the English language
Understand KPI and performance settings
Spirit for continuous improvement
Passion to win
EU workpermit

To be successful in this role, you are a natural problem solver with strong analytical skills and a pro-active, hands-on mentality. You have a distinct drive for execution and results and a clear focus on customer satisfaction. You are a team player, who's able to build lasting relationships with colleagues in other departments and disciplines. Managing several tasks and actions at once poses no problem for you, as is working under pressure.
