Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- Implementing Customer Service Projects

- Managing projects with regard to planning, time management, budget and scope

- Align the Customer Service Projects with the Customer Service Strategy

- Monitoring and analyzing the Customer Service Projects

- Internal Stakeholder Management


- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management (Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service)

- Experience in setting-up and rolling-out of projects (with regard to budget-, time-, planning- and scope management)

- Minimum of bachelor degree

- Supply Chain knowledge

- Experience with Change Management

- Order to Cash knowledge

- An analytical mind-set and great stakeholder management skills

- A pro-active and hands-on mentality


- Being part of a rapidly growing and very energetic environment
