In partnership with specific Strategic accounts and supply chain teams we innovate how we operate, by experimenting, developing, and scaling capabilities to unlock the connected marketplace.

• As our Supply Chain Development Manager you will build a strong relationship with 2 Strategic Retail Account Supply Chain Teams to create an annual operations development plan
• You’ll lead the development and implementation of innovative and mutually profitable operational supply chain capabilities to deliver frictionless consumer experiences, and introduce process improvements to drive speed, reliability and efficiency in and around key cities
• As part of your role you will define and manage the strategic capability rolling roadmap within Marketplace Operations/Supply Chain Operations aligned with key stakeholders and external partners (e.g. 3PLs, accounts, providers, consultancy, etc)
• You’ll work closely with your peers to drive digitalization and automation across the Marketplace Operations/Supply Chain Operations EMEA teams. You will also work with colleagues and peers to share best practice and collaboration opportunities
• You will support immediate decisions on investment priorities (services/capabilities) to optimise mutual profitability
• As a true change agent you will drive change management by engaging teams to ensure capabilities are adopted and sustained within the business

• You will join us with 5+ years relevant work experience in Supply Chain Operations Management within a retail, FMCG or consumer goods business
• As a consumer-centric supply chain expert, you will have a proven track record in supply chain capability development and deployment, working on complex cross-functional projects with both internal and external stakeholders
• You’ll be a proven leader of people and you'll demonstrate the ability to lead, coach, and inspire those around you
• With your strong communication skills, you will demonstrate the ability to influence your peers and leaders in a complex matrix organization
• You will have a proven track record in the delivery of projects to time, quality, budget etc.
• You’ll also have a bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain, and an understanding of agile methodologies is preferred but not essential
