Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

provide direct support to the Lead ITBP Group Operations across topics such as IT/Business strategy and capability road mapping and shaping outcomes via IT to support business needs of Material Management & Procurement

You are responsible for

  • Leading the development of a 3-5 year IT Strategy Roadmap and Strategic Plans (reviewed quarterly) for Material Management & Procurement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare IT investments and Business Cases (via the @investor process.) thus supporting the consolidation, prioritization and alignment with Financial Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan (SPOR/AOP investment processes.) Orchestrates across Material Management & Procurement.
  • Managing effective channeling and prioritization of IT Demand to balance the objectives of the Material Management & Procurement departments and IT objectives
  • Monitoring Portfolio risks, costs (RoFo), improvement opportunities, value delivered at Material Management & Procurement
  • Aligning with Market IT to ensure proper deployment (and adoption) of global initiatives in local sites (no conflict with local resourcing and business initiatives).
  • Owning IT applications within the Material Management & Procurement scope and takes responsibility for all aspects related to Application Lifecycle management.
  • Managing/Chairs the IT MDT Material Management & Procurement to address pain-points and resolve escalations impacting business/application performance towards Material Management & Procurement

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A successful track-record in aligning technology and business opportunity within the domain of Material Management, Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Experience in a complex, multinational transformation environment.
  • Relevant Material Management & Procurement IT domain knowledge
  • Strong, empathic communicator.
  •  Ability to inspire and influence stakeholders effectively, for individually or collectively chosen direction.
